Jerry was born and raised around Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  In 1965, he moved to the Bay Area and became a real estate licensee in 1966.  Jerry has been active in real estate sales, banking and property management.  He built or developed over 300 residential units in the East Bay.  In 1974 Jerry moved to Point Richmond and opened his first real estate brokerage.  He was West Contra Costa Association of Realtors president in 1985 and past president of the Northern California Down Syndrome League in 1988-89.

Jerry is active in other charitable organizations, Rotary, his church and his local community.  A family man, Jerry and his wife, Jan, live in Point Richmond (The Hidden City).

To keep from always working, Jerry is a 25+ year member of the Richmond Yacht Club and a new member of the Mira Vista Golf and Country Club.  Jerry believes his varied experiences and Pennsylvania work ethic uniquely qualify him to market both residential and commercial properties.

Jan Feagley got her real estate license at 21 years of age.  Originally from the state of Washington and then Minnesota, California became home.  Being one of seix children and from a poor family, determination for achievement was a matter of fact.  Thus, becoming a real estate broker while running our property management company was a given.  Then, taking on the challenge of becoming a certified property Manager in 1983 was a goal reached prior to having a family.
Today, by serving our clients with care and professionalism, training newer agents, supervising our 3 offices, and keeping a multitude of records, calls on one of Jan’s strengths of organization.  The goal is do it all with a sense of humor, a little fun, and feeling good about a job well done.

Growing up in the Northern California, Jesse has lived in over half a dozen Bay Area cities ranging from the East to South Bay. He was raised by real estate enthusiast parents hence receiving his real estate license at the age of 19. His family survived the real estate slump during the early 1990s, and through that Jesse learned the importance of making the right investment in real estate.
